Chartered in 1947, Scouting America Troop 3 Newport serves local youth from across Newport County.
Youth, ages 11-17, are invited to join.
We meet Mondays 7:00-8:15 PM, while public schools are in session, at the historic Newport Elks Lodge, 141 Pelham St, Newport. Visitors are always welcome. Just come by!
During the summer months, when school is out of session, we usually get together for volleyball, short hikes, or ice cream on Monday at 7 PM.
If you’d like to join the troop, use our online application via www.BeAScout.org
